How Customer Service would help you to attain more Sales?

Its very hot in chennai. So, I start my day very early and ends after the moon arise. I don’t like to go out in afternoon’s and burn my skin. I go out for a break to a nearby restaurant and have something and be back around 5 pm. I opened a packet of chips’s today and found a stapler pin. I was shocked. I found an email address at the back side of the packet and emailed them. But, for gods sake, it’s bounced.
Why I’m posting this is, If their email address is working, if their website has some contact information, if they respond properly to my complaint, I would really refer the product to my known people and I would become a life time consumer of the product.
A customer service should be very very important in addition to your product. Eventhough your product is costlier than your competitors, if you provide quality products, the crowd will be yours. Quality makes the difference.
The world is moving fast. Competitions are high, products are more. So, the quality and customer service should be good.
Product quality and good customer service would definitely increase the repeat consumers. If a consumer is banging at you very badly and if you are cool & smiling and taking care of his complaint, eventhough he wasn’t good at your service, he would definitely not tell anything bad about your product and also become your customer.
We shouldn’t think that the consumers are blind and they don’t do anything. If you find anything wrong with the product, please publish it to evenything. Let the company know how important the quality and customer service are.
