Test Mail - Poor Marketing Tactics

March 11, 2008

I don’t want to mention the company name here for its negative branding. Few hours before, I’ve got an email from a Software solutions company. The subject is, “Test Mail - Pls Ignore“. I wonder who did send me a test mail without any information. and the subject is,

Hi,
   Test Mail. Pls Ignore

Thanks,

with the company logo, signature of the sender. My god! How would they send an email like this to a contact!!! It will create a bad impression of the company and people won’t be interested in doing business dealings with them.
